DescriptionMrs. Pearl Spaulding, head of field organization work for the American Woman's League addressed League members packed into the 5th floor meeting room of the Woman's Magazine Building during the Convention. Inclement weather during the Convention forced many of the sessions to be held inside in cramped quarters. This photo appeared in "The Woman's National Daily" on June 11, 1910.
