In this photograph taken about August of 1903, the foundation for the headquarters building, known more familiarly as the Woman's Magazine Building, is complete and work is in progress on the exterior rusticated stonework for the exterior walls of the first floor. The Press Annex, also under construction, is just visible on the right. | Source | Photograph, wrinkled, stained, upper left corner torn, 8.10" by 4.90" | Subject | University City (Mo.)--Pictorial Works | Subject | Chivers, Herbert Caleb, 1870- | Subject | Woman's Magazine Building-Press Annex (University City, Mo.) | Subject | Woman's Magazine Building (University City, Mo.) | Title | Woman's Magazine Building and Press Annex under construction, 1903 - View 2 |
