Description | This photograph of the Woman's National Daily Building was taken about 1909. A billboard advertising West Portland Place is on the lot east of the building, although the angle makes it appear to be in front. West Portland Place was a new subdivision which was platted in August 1908. Delmar Boulevard runs in front of the building. |
