H. and Nellie Wilkerson. Mrs. Wilkerson was daughter of D. C. Welsh, mayor of St. George. The Chapter qualified for this Class I arts and crafts style Chapter House built for them by the League on a lot donated by the mayor. Chapter officers were President, Mrs. Welsh; Vice President, Mrs. G. B. Carpenter; Treasurer, Miss Ora Welsh; and Secretary, Mrs. J. J. Wilkerson. There were 17 Chapter members.
