This photograph shows the tents set up on the lawn in front of the Art Academy Building and fair visitors strolling among the concessions. The Woman's National Daily Building is on the left. The building that appears to be at the far end of the main Fair walkway is actually on the south side of Delmar Boulevard, and is a restaurant and grocery store.
