Description	Planners originally scheduled tours of St. Louis in open cars for delegates, members and friends attending the American Woman's League Convention in June 1910, but inclement weather forced a change in plans and special streetcar tours were arranged instead. This photograph appeared in "The Woman's National Daily" on June 11, 1910.
